Eligibility Criteria: Current 70%, 60% in 10th/12th/Diploma, No standing arrears.
Skills Required: Data structures, C,C++,Java Programming; Exposure to Java Skills ( Prerequisite); Good Analytical and Problem Solving; Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills.
Selection Process:-
Online Test (has two sections) It starts with basic aptitude and basic programming and goes up to data structures, logic development. Difficulty level increases with each round.
Section 1 is about Online MCQ question paper has 20 Aptitude questions (Quantitative, Verbal and Analytical reasoning) in 25 min and 20 Technical MCQ questions (C, Java, Java Script ++) in 25 min, this test normally consisting of aptitude and output guess questions
Some of the important topics mentioned by Students:- Percentages, sets, ratios, permutations and combinations, logical reasoning, synonyms, antonyms, prepositions etc.
Section 2 is about coding exam round, this was a programming round, in this round 3 or 4 questions were given and we can solve them in C/C++/Java/Python and some more options were there. They were easy.
Technical Interview: (2 rounds of technical interviews will be conducted) Here you may be asked to write code in this round from data structures and also they will check your computer science fundamentals.
HR Interview: Technical interview and HR were simultaneously taken declaring the result on the same day. You need to have a deeper knowledge on whatever you mentioned in the resume.Don't neglect small things also. Each round is elimination based round.

KONY INDIA PLACEMENT PAPER QUESTIONS:-
