SKILLS REQUIRED:-

Excellent communication skills – Verbal and Written
Should be comfortable with a multi-tasking, high-energy environment. Should be creative and analytical problem solver with a passion to provide excellent customer service
Demonstrated ability to work in a team in a very dynamic environment
Should be flexible to adapt to support a 24*7 operating environment and ready to work in shifts

SELECTION PROCESS:-
The hiring process will be for 1-3 days depending on the number of students appearing & shortlisted for the Amazon Process. The order of the events will be as below:

Pre-placement Talk by Amazon giving an overview of the Company and explaining all the roles being offered. Insights into the Amazon Culture will also be given to the candidates during the talk
Talk will be followed by the HR Prescreening (Group Interaction where the interviewers will talk to the candidates in a group.)
Post the screening the candidate will go through 2-3 Online Assessments based on the role they have been shortlisted for.
All the Assessment Selects will go through 1-2 Face to Face Interview Rounds.
