IBM conducts recruitment process (ON CAMPUS/OFF CAMPUS/ JOINT CAMPUS PLACEMENT DRIVES ETC.)every year to select freshers candidates.The selection process of the company consists of 3 to 4 rounds. These rounds are as follows:

1. Written Exam(Aptitude Test / Technical Test Papers / Verbal Test Questions / Coding Round )
2. Technical Interview
3. HR Interview

Eligibility Criteria to sit in Placement Drive:

1. 65 percent or above in B.Tech, Class X, and XII.
2. No backlogs at the time of interview.
